Finally spring is here .The maple tree's are sharing there sweet sap with me and a lot of other people in Vermont at this time of the year. The sugar house's are running at full capacity the "Taste of Vermont" is filling the  jugs with Vermont's sweet gold .So far the weather is just right for the production of this the sweet stuff. We are hopeing that for the next three weeks or so that the nights are cold and the days are in the upper 40's .That is when  the best runs of sap ocure .Wish us luck for the sugaring season is very short and pick up  Vermont  suryp the next time you need some for thouse blueberry pancakes .
